ABOUT ME

HI!

My name is Nico and I am a photographer who mainly deals with landscapes and photographic post-production.

I live halfway between Venice and the Dolomites, and I consider myself very lucky about this.

My approach to photography was self-taught and then I deepened and refined my style over time through the study of hundreds of tutorials and courses with Enrico Fossati (Dark Mood Landscape), Joel Tjintjelaar (Black and White Fine Art) and other great inspirers such as Nik Page and Sean Bagshaw.

Towards the end of 2021 I started my YouTube channel where I mainly deal with Photo Production posts and Travel Vlogs where I talk about my adventures during my excursions or on my trips around the world.

Towards the end of 2022 I became a beta-tester and part of the development team of the famous TK9 plugin by Tony Kuyper distributed all over the world and which continues to evolve thanks to continuous suggestions and of which I also took care of the translation into Italian.

Furthermore, my course TK9 - Basic Course is available for free, and can be downloaded from the dedicated page on my website or from Tony Kuyper's Italian page .

There are numerous publications in international magazines (I am in the Hall of Fame of Landscape Photography Magazine) and awards in competitions such as ND Awards 2022.

I am very attracted by painting and the cinematic look that I try to apply to my photos as a personal style and interpretation of what I see and what surrounds me.

All my photographic work is aimed at enhancing the beauty of Mother Nature in its various facets, I hope that wandering around my site you can find at least in part the same emotions that led me to take photos by doing thousands of kilometers and incredible early mornings! 😃
